American Gypsy Tattoo is opening one booth for a guest artist opportunity during April through June 2026. Artists may select their own length of stay — from a weekend to several weeks — depending on availability.
We are a private, appointment-based studio just northwest of Austin near Lake Travis. Our artists specialize in a wide range of styles and are known for delivering exceptional client experiences in a welcoming, professional environment.

Compensation
70% Artist / 30% Shop split or $250/day shop minimum

Artist Requirements
We are seeking artists who are:
- Bringing or able to generate their own clientele
- Confident in their tattoo style(s) and execution
- Clean, organized, and committed to studio hygiene
- Professional with excellent client communication
- Independent and proactive in booking
- Team-oriented and respectful of studio environment

Touch-Up Responsibility
Artists are responsible for touch-ups and follow-up communication with all clients tattooed during their stay.
